Quantum technologies are now a reality. The GPS we use in our phones benefits from highly-precise atomic clocks that orbit around our planet. On campus, we have a quantum network used to transmit quantum information, and two quantum computers where calculations are defined by the strange laws of Quantum Mechanics. This is an extraordinary opportunity to expose our student to such emerging technologies, all the way from our PhD candidates to our undergraduate programs.
We highly encourage our students to get a hands-on experience in research. In this link, I have collected some quantum-related recommended programs to participate as summer fellows or Master students.
